An amazing opportunity for an experienced and motivated SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ PROJECT DIRECTOR to join a rapidly growing property developer and construction company based on the North Shore. With multiple current projects and a secure upcoming pipeline of new residential buildings and mixed-use developments they are looking for a strong and self motivated Project Director/ Construction Manager to join the company.
About the role:
- Work alongside senior management within the business and fundamentally ensure the successful completion of all projects undertaken.
- You will oversee the project teams and ensure the construction process is maintained, in order to do this you will liaise frequently with the guys and visit the sites on a regular basis.
- Manage a team of Project Managers and Site Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assisting with career planning and development of all staff.
About you:
- Management of the construction delivery at the company
- Trade or Tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction.
- Minimum 5+ years as a PM delivering High Rise projects upwards of $10M.
- Work closely with external consultants in relation to design management
- Management of construction methodology
- Client management on external projects
- Prepare monthly construction reports for the directors
- Oversee the management and selection of sub-contractors
- OH&S and Quality Management
