The Organisation:

This multi-award, high-end, Custom Luxury Home Builder has spent more than 30 years building luxury homes and commercial projects throughout Melbourne. Their experience and skill in residential and commercial building has meant they have designed, developed and built some of Melbourne's most unique and prestigious homes and commercial developments.
  
The Role & Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a Site Manager with experience and expertise in top end, Custom-Luxury Home developments. It is a role that will see you will be overseeing 4-6 projects at a time, all within the Eastern Suburb region (Kew, Balwyn, Glen Iris, Malvern, Toorak etc)
  
To be successful you will have:

• 3-6 years experience;
• Have Custom Home project experience (1M+);
• Have a strong customer focus;
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing sites towards a quality completion;
• Demonstrated experience and a good reputation for taking control of sites on an end-to-end level and delivery of customer satisfaction.

What the job is offering:

• $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Car
• Bonus Structure for Quality, Hitting Build Times, Customer Service of 20-30K per annum
