Operating to the highest environmental and safety standards, they pride themselves on delivering high quality outcomes for their clients across the residential and civil sector, they have an extensive pipeline of challenging projects ahead and they have a great opportunity for an innovative and dedicated quantity surveyor to join their team of industry professionals.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Tendering
- Pre and post contract negotiations
- Preparing of monthly claims/invoices
- Pricing variations
- Contract management and administration etc
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes: - NZ Certificate or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (beneficial but not essential)
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in the New Zealand construction industry
- Reliable and flexible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
