ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the ACT Manager, you will support the Project Managers while managing the Design and Construct estimation and tender process. You will also assist with the growth and development of the new Canberra team. Based in their newly renovated office, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

DUTIES.

• BOQs and quotations
• Measure and calculate the cost of materials
• Tender submissions and take offs
• Scope of works
• Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors
• Read and interpret plans
• Contracts administation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Previous Estimation experience on commercial fitout projects
• Tertiary qualification in a building related discipline is advantageous
• Experience using Buildsoft, CostX or similar is advantageous 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to business develop and maintain Client relationships
