The role:
Our client specialises in the residential and commercial installation of HVAC systems. They use only the highest quality and reliable equipment available on the market today.
With a list of projects fast approaching and key projects already underway, they are excited to be seeking an experienced, Project Manager to join their incredible team. You will need to be an air condition technician who has hands on experience within residential. You will be results-driven, hands-on candidate with a positive attitude and the ability to motivate/mentor teams and up and coming team members.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and respond to the clients’ needs to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Maintain effective communication with site supervisors, site personnel, sub-contractors and the client to ensure professional and cooperative relationships are maintained
- Maximise project profitability and assume overall accountability for the delivery of the projects
- Manage any variances or enquiries from the client and provide efficient and accurate information;
- Ensure all occupational health, safety and environmental requirements are understood and fulfilled
- Coach/mentor site staff
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience in construction ideally in residential
- Proven track record in delivering projects with outstanding results
- Ability to provide technical input and advice to integrate with the overall delivery of the project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining relationships
