Senior Civil Supervisor | Tier 2 business | $100m project | $150k + package
 
I have started working with an expanding regional main contractor who have picked up 2 x $100m schemes in Melbourne. They are looking for Senior Supervisors to join the team and help them deliver high profile VicRoads projects. 
 
This company are in a great spot to expand and become competitive on larger contracts down the line, so these roles provide a chance to get in early on and become a highly valued team member. As Supervisor you will work closely with the engineers on a daily basis to deliver the project to a tight program.
 
The Role

• You will be working on $100m VicRoad projects
• Managing a wide scope of work and junior Supervisors
• You will liaise with SPE’s, and PM’s to manage effective delivery of the site
• Closely supervising Health & Safety on site in conjunction with the project H&S officer

Requirements

• You will have worked on road projects in Australia over the value of $20m from start to finish (preferably VicRoads projects)
• Experience managing different elements of road construction from earthworks, services relocation, pavementing, safety barriers & associated street furniture 
• You will have demonstrable experience working successfully as Supervisor in Australia
• Preferably have experience managing a team of Supervisors 

The package

• Basic salary of $150k + package
• Access to a long pipeline of work in Melbourne, working for a well-known regional contractor
