About the Company: RNM Solutions is experiencing continued and strong growth, to maximise this opportunity we are seeking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team. The RNM Solutions Group is a well-established Perth based multi service business with offices in the Northern Suburbs, it is renowned for the high levels of service, commitment, performance and quality that it delivers to every project that it completes in Commercial, Education, Health & Aged-Care, Retail, Multi Residential and Service & Maintenance works.

About the role: We are currently seeking the services of a Contracts Administrator. In this role you will be working closely with the Project Managers, Builders, Sub-Contractors and the Tradesmen on site. A strong focus on the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with a diverse range of stakeholders. We offer support, career development and mentoring for the right candidate who must be self-motivated, driven and be comfortable working under their own initiative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and processing.
  • Set up job files for office and site.
  • Assist with innovation and development of cost saving alternatives.
  • Prepare labour schedules and assessment sheets.
  • Set up QA, cable schedules, sample schedules etc.
  • Set up progress claim format and ensure timely claiming, including variations.
  • Process variations from site information and get it reviewed by Project Manager.
  • Maintain all the various registers and ensure both site and office is up to date.
  • Process, action and distribute all project information and correspondence.
  • Organise and prompt project managers and supervisors on regular tasks.
  • Initiate and assist with project assessments as required.
  • Promote and maintain customer and supplier relations.
  • Attend briefing meeting and understand take offs, contractual and project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies, re-enforce company image during customer contact.
  • Liaise with other sections and divisions within the company (Accounts/Administration/Estimating/Service).
  • Prepare Operations and Maintenance Safety manuals in accordance with the OHS requirements.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Contracts and Project Administration.
  • Good communication skills, someone who can work independently or within a team.
  • Excellent written skills, and have a good computer skills.
  • Integrity, honesty, strong work ethics and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.


This is a full time position within our company. Salary package is negotiable and dependent on level of skill and experience.
