Estimator - High-end renovations & extensions

This position will suit an intermediate Estimator who has proven experience working on custom designed new builds along with high-end extensions and renovations. This is a stand-alone Estimating role and as such the successful candidate will also need to have a track record of estimating a broad range of residential projects autonomously.
 
This is a varied Estimating role where you will gain exposure to the following duties:

• Liaising with trades and contractors to obtain quotes and required pricing
• Perform takeoffs and estimates for building variations
• Review quotes and negotiate with preferred suppliers
• Liaise with Site Managers to determine ordering requirements
• Develop BOQ's
• Check Architectural drawings and details for accuracy
• databuild experience would be preferable

The successful candidate will have experience working with an Estimating software package along with a trade background or strong on-site experience in the past.
