Bank of China Sydney Branch is currently seeking an experienced Renovation Project Manager to join the team.

This is a Two Year Maximum Term contract role, subject to review for an on-going position after contract period.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Managing/facilitating fit out/ renovation projects
Coordinating project-related purchase
Project reporting and budgeting
Lease/contract negotiation and management
Assisting with other tasks as required

Ideally:

You will be hands on leader who is technically and customer service minded, with clear communication and a strong attention to detail
You will have more than 5 years local fit out/renovation project management experience
As an experienced professional, you will have strong attention to detail
Mandarin Speaking is essential.
