Your new company
This commercial fitout company are extremely proud of their short history and have grown a lot in their 10 years. They are a specialist hotel fitout contractor offering a professional and tailored service and motivated individuals who are focused on delivering the highest quality projects.
Your new role
As a Project Manager you will:
- Run between 1 to 3 jobs at one time dependant on size
- Be exposed to jobs up to $50million in value
- Maintain effective communication with site supervisors, site personnel, sub-contractors and the client to ensure professional and cooperative relationships are maintained
- Maximise project profitability and assume overall accountability for the delivery of the projects
- Manage any variances or enquiries from the client and provide efficient and accurate information
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit a young, hungry and driven person who is looking to make the step up in their career.
- 3 years experience as a Project
- Possess a building degree or carpentry trade background
- You will have a strong ability to drive projects whilst also delivering a quality product
- Proven track record in delivering projects with outstanding results
- Ability to provide technical input and advice to integrate with the overall delivery of the project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining relationships
