Your Role
As part of the agile and responsive team and reporting to the Project Co Representative, this new role has been created to support the delivery of the $340 million Public Hospital associated with the Herston Quarter Redevelopment in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work on their next construction project in the healthcare property sector.

Under the direction of the Project Director, this role is to manage the commercial contract administration issues for claims and modifications including the preparation of modification price requests.
Key accountability is across these key areas:

• Assess claims and consider facts and correspondence, ensuring that all time bar requirements are complied with
• Maintain the claims and modification registers
• Issue price requests in a complete package of scope, details and time required

Expertise required:

• Ability to manage the workload and think strategically
• Contracts Administration experience in a Tier 1 environment
• Strong contract interpretation skills
• Negotiation skills as well as a capacity to influence
• PPP or Hospital experience preferred
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Experienced in excel and project software
