A leading development company is expanding due to the ongoing success of their present and future high rise schemes. They are now seeking an experienced build led Senior level Project Manager to work on these development projects, ensuring their successful delivery.

The Role

As the business is growing, the company is now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team, assisting with the development of scope and schedule for project work. 

You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have a background and experience in residential development, however this isn't essential. Ideally you will have worked on high rise schemes within the Melbourne market and understand the process of  successfully delivering projects. 

More important than direct Resi experience is the ability to successfully manage a process and understand what is required by a PM to get a project delivered, dealing with all external construction processes. 

The role will lead the project delivery team of external consultants and contractors, so excellent communication skills are essential. 
 
The post is suitable for candidates with anywhere from 8-10 years' PM experience and comes with a good package and excellent career opportunities.

It is also a good lead into front end development work given that there will be new future projects coming on. 

Experience of the Australian construction industry is an absolute must.
