My client is an exciting, forward thinking subcontractor that has recently appointed a new CEO and National Project Manager to take the business from being the privately owned, Australian made "family business" to a more commercially focused company.

Due to expansion our client is looking to expand the team with the addition of a Project Coordinator with a clear path to Project Management.

Your will be responsible for ensuring accurate & timely project information flow between Project Managers, specifying team and clients, such that projects are delivered on time in full 100% of the time with zero defects. 

This role is a pivotal role between clients, Project / Installation Managers and the Melbourne-based Production team, ensuring accurate, thorough and complete information for a client's wall system is encapsulated by the Projects team for the production team to deliver on time in full. 

You will have demonstrable experience of juggling multiple tasks and projects, be a brilliant communicator who can adapt their style to suit the different customer groups (internal & external) and you're highly numerate with demonstrable commercial acumen.

Key Tasks:

• Coordinate all project related paperwork and regularly update project files with any changes
• Coordinate the submission and approval of shop drawings
• Attend to customer and builder inquiries
• Assist with compliance documentation 
• Compiling basic project costing information
• Uploading of project documents through various client portals such as Aconex
• Communication with clients and Lotus Project teams of progress on projects
• Coordinate with customers re onsite conditions and limitations
