The Company

Our client is awarded the best Tier 2 Builder in Australia. For 20 years they have grown steadily to now become the key player in taking away market share from the Tier 1's on projects between $100-$200M. They have a national scope focusing on commercial and residential towers.

You will be working with a company that prides itself on employing experience professionals who have a higher than average tenure in post grad experience in their given positions. The current project is a $140M High Residential Tower.

To be considered for the role of Senior Project Engineer you will require:

• A construction management degree or trade with suitable experience
• Strong experience as Senior Project Engineer
• If you have completed back to back projects of $near $100M commercial or residential, it will be highly regarded.
• Ideally have 5+ years post graduate experience
• Advanced cost control and risk management skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Previous experience on high rise/ commercial & residential developments is preferred although other project experience is considered
