Your new company
My client is a well-established, tight knit Tier 1 National Apartment Builder based in the CBD with over 15 years of success in constructing High Rise Apartments valued up to $200M. With a number of high profile tenders secured, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team to work on exciting up and coming projects scattered throughout Melbourne.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
- Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff
- Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- Outstanding presentation, leadership and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction.
- Proven track record in delivering Apartment projects as a Project Manager within Australia.
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
- An honest attitude which reflects our client’s culture which is positive and solutions focused.
