My client is an established international design and construct business that specialise in the office interiors sector for a number of high profile clients globally.

This unique opportunity is for an experienced Senior Construction Administrator who would be responsible for leading a team of CA's in the delivery of a $50 million high security, complex government project. 

About the Role

This exciting opportunity to deliver a prestigious, landmark project, . The successful Senior Contract Administrator will be working closely alongside the Project Director ensure successful procurement of all trades and sub-contractors and the management of a contract heavy project. The successful SCA will have previous experience in government projects and will have a proven track record of delivering projects above $20 million.
  
Responsibilities

• Procurement of trades and sub-contractors
• Letting Contracts
• Commercial reporting and reviewing
• Reporting to the Senior Management
• Management of junior CA's

  
Skills & Experience

• 5 + years CA experience within construction
• Ideal project experience (fit out and refurbishment)
• Experience in pre-construction works
• Project value experience in excess of $20m+
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in government projects
