ABOUT THE COMPANY.

A boutique, structured and reputable Developer/Builder, established for over 15 years. Renowned for the delivery of low to medium density apartment developments around Sydney. This Builder has placed a strong focus on systems and processes, allowing for the delivery of high quality and award winning projects valued up to $50M. With repeat clientele, this company has been able to secure a strong pipeline of projects until 2021.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Site Manager / Site Foreman, you will report directly to the Construction Manager, being the main person on site. You will commence from ground works, on an 80 unit development in Waterloo. You will coordinate a Leading Hand and will be responsible for the overall safety of the site. You will work a Monday to Friday week, with every second Saturday. You will also be heavily involved in the programming and scheduling of works.

DUTIES.

• Manage site safety and WHS
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors
• Manage the construction program
• Site set out and mark out
• Interpret and read plans
• Liaise with external Consultants, Engineers, Clients, Council

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Experience as a Site Manager/Foreman (First in Charge) on apartments
• Trade or Tertiary qualification in a Building discipline is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
• Proven experience delivering projects from concept to handover
