About the Role

Several soon to commence projects throughout Sydney, valued between $20-50 million, have created two vacancies for experienced Site Managers with exposure to projects of similar sizes. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the site, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating all sub-contractors, suppliers and material deliveries
• Liaison with key stakeholders
• Ensuring project completion within timescale and budget
• Ensuring all sub-contractors and employees adhere to all OH&S requirements

Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands on experience as the leading Site Manager on projects
• Prior exposure to projects exceeding $30 million in value
• Strong ability to motivate and manage
• Carpentry or Building Trade Qualifications
