Join a specialist residential apartment builder with over 20 years of experience building quality projects. They have developed a reputation for delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Due to an expanding portfolio of work they are looking to secure a HSE advisor to work on a $120M high rise residential project in North West Sydney;
The Role:
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
- Ensure legislation is adhered to
- Provide training to team members
- Conduct reviews and risk analysis
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Ensure the safe installation of equipment
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
- Experience working on high rise residential construction projects in Sydney
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadline
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
