Our client is a long running civil construction company based in south Auckland, with industry experience spanning 50 years they have the knowledge and skills to help make any project design a reality. They take a hands-on approach to projects which means attention to detail and a quality finish. They have a commitment to maintaining Construction schedules, budgets, anticipation & solving of problems before they arise as well as strict adherence to safe working practices. Previous projects have ranged in value from $20K - $1.7M and with a number of large scale projects in their pipeline they have the need to bring on a hardworking and experienced site manager.
Ideal Skills & Attributes:
- 5 years minimum experience in a Site Management capacity - proven delivery of civil construction projects
- NZ Qualified Builder
- Good grasp of technology
- Effective reporting skills
- Strong relationship management skills from Sub Contractors to Clients
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Massive emphasis on maintaining health and safety standards
- Must be able to pass Pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, between 120k to 140k, dependent on your experience and expertise.
