Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this is newly created role will see you overseeing the production team and performing day to day Estimating duties while working cohesively with the Sales Team Leader. About You
Ideally you will have experience in a leadership role and 4+ years in Production or Sales Estimating, as well as the drive and passion to be successful in your first leadership role. The position is also open to experience Team Leaders who want to work for a volume builder that understands that the best results come with manageable workloads and expectations!
