We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to commence work on various civil construction projects around Melbourne. Our client is a recognised contractor on an array of civil engineering and construction services.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. To be successful in obtaining this role you will possess a Civil Engineering degree as well as relevant experience working as a Civil Engineer. You must also have a proven track record of communicating with various stakeholders on site to ensure the smooth running of the projects you are working on.
In this role, it will be required of you to review plans at all stages of the projects cycle to ensure work is being completed as planned. You will have a hands on approach to your work, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of where the project is at. In this position you will be responsible in ensuring that all aspects of work are delivered on time and to budget. A key requirement of this will be to liaise daily with client to ensure that their project is progressing the way the want it to be, along with representing their views in the field.
