The company:

Expansion of the group in Melbourne means there is the need for a Surveyor with a proven history in Cadastral works to join their growing team.
The role:
Due to this company's growing order book, you'll be needed to develop the capacity and capability of the team by hiring and onboarding new members. Further along the track, as the team grows in size, you'll be managing workflow, checking drawings, conducting site and client visits and bidding on new work.
You'll need:
· To be an experienced Cadastral Surveyor in Victoria.
· Ideally, formal tertiary surveying qualifications.
· The experience or the willingness to develop, lead and mentor less experienced surveyors in the team.
· Experience dealing with clients and putting in bids and proposals for projects.
· Processing software and CAD experience.
