We are a family owned civil contractor who prides itself on getting projects finished on time and at the highest standard. As we have recently won a subdivision project based in North Brisbane, there is an opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Role:

• Manage the day to day activity of field staff, equipment and materials.
• Ensure high quality and safe work on site and in accordance with work practices and standards.
• Provide construction schedule & cost updates to the project manager.

Must Have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor
• Be self-managed, motivated and time efficient
• The ability to plan and schedule contractors and sub-contractors on and off-site efficiently
• Excellent communication skills  

You will receive a generous package which includes a car, phone and iPad. This position is for a period of 5 months, however there is the opportunity for it to lead to a full-time permanent position based on performance.
