They work directly with project builders across a multiple different project types such as multi dwelling apartments, schools, commercial, industrial and government projects across greater Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Your responsibility
Based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane and reporting to the Branch Manager, this roles primary purpose is to be responsible for completing sales estimation and quotations for window and door products and associated works within their Brisbane operation. Key responsibilities will be:
- The coordination, preparation and delivery of quotation in a competitive timeframe.
- Critically evaluate customer requirements, risks, costs and margins when preparing quotations.
- Maintain and grow professional relationships with customers across all segments.
- Delivering customer service excellence in line with existing company benchmarks.
- Lead, manage and develop other estimation staff within the estimation team.
What you will bring
This full-time position will suit someone who:
- Shows a passion for technical applications and estimation within the building products industry.
- Has an eye for detail; is a logical thinker and can deliver results under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Has demonstrated experience from a technical perspective working with AS1288, AS2047, fire codes and STC ratings.
- Can demonstrate a high level of proficiency using industry software Softtech V6 or an equivalent.
- Strong administratively, technically astute with exceptional time management skills.
