Due to increase workload a newly created position has become available for a Senior Estimator to join their team in Canberra.
Located in modern offices in the Canberra area and reporting directly to the ACT State Manager the person we are looking will have:
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- At least five years’ experience in Australia with a Commercial /Industrial Builder in a similar capacity.
- Up to date knowledge of cost control systems such as Buildsoft /Cheops /Jobpac /Timberline etc.
- Innovation Skills and ability to present to clients alternative solutions that match or exceed tender requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external people.
- Checkable references
