Our Client is a Privately Owned Structural Steel Company who has forged an enviable reputation as a leading provider of Steel Fabrication in Victoria and are continuing to grow rapidly.

We currently are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Estimator. Ideally you will have significant estimation experience in all facets of Structural Steel Estimating for small to medium scale construction projects. You will be responsible for reviewing construction plans specifications, estimating costs involving labor, materials and associated overheads, Job scheduling and preparation, workflow and profitability.
Specifically, you will need:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Construction / Structural Steel industry.
- The ability to read and understand Engineers and Architectural Drawings.
- High attention to Detail.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Be a Team Player.
- Take Ownership of the Position – to be able to work Independently.
