CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER

My client is a well-known company within the construction and civil engineering sector in Wollongong. This is your chance to take the reins and oversee all contractual, technical, engineering, financial, quality, environmental and safety issues relating to construction projects.

This is a rare opportunity to join the ranks, they are on the hunt for a passionate professional Project Manager, you will need to be highly capable as you will be driving the direction of and managing all aspects of the projects.

• Commitment to developing and improving safety

• Ensure that all projects are carried out in adherence to client policies

• Procure and manage all subcontract works and suppliers for projects

• Regularly inspect site for compliance with the drawings

• Report and action all incidents immediately

• Be able to manage your own time and expectations effectively

• Other duties that may be directed from time to time

• 2+ years’ experience in Civil Project Management

• Experience using Word, Excel and Project

• Previous RMS and subdivision experience highly regarded

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
