The Role
Due to continued growth in their building division of the business and a number of new projects in the pipeline, there is an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their time for upcoming projects in the CBD fringe or South East suburbs.
Due to continued growth in their building division of the business and a number of new projects in the pipeline, there is an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their time for upcoming projects in the CBD fringe or South East suburbs.
To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 2 years Site Management experience in Victoria
- Previous experience delivering apartment projects $5 M +
- Have delivered projects through earthworks, structures, finishes and defects to hand over
- Trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications
Duties:
- Management of on-site trades through from start to hand over
- Ensuring the project runs to program and budget
- Liaising with designers and construction team
