A dynamic, progressive and forward-thinking Project Management consultancy based in Sydney is looking to appoint a Project Manager with experience across multiple project sectors.

The company have a strong and diverse portfolio nationally and work with major property groups to help deliver their development and project management needs. With a number of new project appointments across commercial, retail, residential and industrial, they now wish to appoint a dedicated and talented Project Manager who is looking to forge a career in a supportive, transparent and inspiring environment.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
• A minimum of 3 years industry experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in a consultancy or client side role
• A track record in delivering varied and diverse projects
• Experience in managing the full project lifecycle
• Experience in Design Management and coordination of design through the construction process
• Experience managing the tender process to engage a contractor and managing the contractor and contracts administration through delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management, with exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal
• An understanding and appreciation of how a corporate client operates.
• A strong business acumen with polished presentation skills
