About the role;
You day to day duties will be but not limited to;
- Sub-contractor negotiation
- Supplier negotiation
- On site walk throughs and working alongside builders
- Medium to high volume tendering
- Working closely with the engineering team
- Client luncheons and visits
- Liaising with commercial property business’
- Quoting, pricing and cost analysis
