This company is an Australian owned Project Management and Advisory business firmly established in the Education, Health and Aged Care markets. Their business in NSW continues to grow, built on quality work and repeat business from private and public sectors with a focus on Education and Healthcare projects. 
 
About the role
We are currently looking for a well-rounded Senior Project Manager to join a 40+ team in Sydney to work on major Education projects. You will be working with a highly experienced team and play a key role in the front end through to delivery of construction projects, you will have direct interaction with both contractors and clients; and work and develop with some of the best in the industry. 
 
The right candidate will

• Be professional and technically minded
• 5 to 10 years' experience in a Client Side Project Management or Building Contractor
• Ideally worked on Education, Aged Care, Health or Government projects
• Have strong technical writing skills
• Have a constative approach and the ability to work front end with clients  
• Have strong building experience and the understanding of how site works
• Have excellent communication and influencing skills
• Stakeholder Management
• You will have a very strong attention to detail, be able to pick up new concepts and skills easily and take initiative
