Estimator

This leading housebuilder is on target to become one of the largest builders in Queensland. With interests spanning construction as well as land and property development they now have an immediate need for an Estimator with Databuild experience.
 
Your role will involve accurately taking quantities, developing cost estimates, and preparing specifications, proposals and contract documentation. You will also liaise with Sales Consultants, Designers and Drafters and check contract plans and specifications for accuracy prior to release for construction.
 
You will be expected to have some previous experience in a Residential Estimating role as well as an excellent understanding of the full construction life-cycle.Experience using a Databuild is advantageous. You will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the residential construction market and building industry standards and processes.
