About the role
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Director to join the team and take the helm of a live $650m Healthcare Project which is in the delivery stages. The project would benefit from someone with a construction background and who has experience delivering projects of this size.
  
The right candidate will

• Be professional, client facing and technically minded. 
• Have 2 to 4 years' experience in Project Director roles either on the Client Side or with a top tier Building Contractor with client facing experience
• Ideally have worked on Healthcare / Hospital or Government projects, this is not mandatory
• Have strong Building / Construction experience
• Have excellent communication and influencing skills
• Have strong technical writing skills
• Stakeholder Management experience
• You will have a very strong attention to detail, be able to pick up new concepts and skills easily and take initiative
