Joinery Estimator
Location: Western Suburbs, Melbourne, Vic
Salary range: Negotiable. Bonuses based on KPI's being met.
Hours: Normal hours are 7.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Bring your expertise in CAD drawing and design to this rapidly growing Company located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Join an enthusiastic team environment in a brand new Office / Warehouse. This well-established company provides storage systems, mobile shelving, display shelving, furniture solutions etc. for several different industries nationally such as education, libraries, businesses, councils through to large scale healthcare storage solutions for leading hospitals.
The role is a hands-on office based role where you will be working within a team of 7 to 8 staff in the Sales team including other design / estimators. Experience in use of Autodesk Inventor for design and estimating and an understanding of Floor Plans is essential.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Receiving requests from Sales Persons/ Builders / Architects for designs and quotations on Medical Storage /Joinery / Library Fitout / Office Furniture and Fitout.
- Converting these requests to possibilities by means of Drawings / Room Layouts and Product Specifications.
- Preparing priced proposals for client approval.
- Occasional on-site measure up and install supervision to ensure every job is carried out to perfection.
