My client delivers expert advice in the residential, commercial, hospitality and education sectors across Melbourne, Victoria. An exciting opportunity has become available to work closely with the Senior Project Managers on projects valued up to $50 million.
This could be an ideal stepping stone for a Project Coordinator / Administrator to develop their career and liaise closely with experienced Project Managers in the industry. There is genuine growth with this opportunity for the successful candidate, an opportunity to step up to an Assistant Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Senior Project Managers in all aspects of their duties, including contractor liaison, contract management, stakeholder management, progress reporting and budgeting
- Attend and minute meetings
- Site visits and PCG meetings
- Project administrative duties
Experience required:
- Degree in Project or Construction Management, Diploma in Building & Construction or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience in the construction industry, client-side or from a contractor.
- Exposure to residential, commercial or hospitality projects would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, previous documentation experience would be highly regarded
Australian experience is required for this position, successful candidates will need to hold Australian PR or citizenship.
