The Company:

Well established company with a strong focus across the High End Custom Home, Townhouse and Apartment sectors. Looking at growing the team working in close conjunction with the Director who has a strong Commercial background. He made his start working alongside some of Melbourne's well-regarded Tier 1 commercial builders who have delivered some of Victoria's most prestigious developments.

Your Role:

• Overseeing the day to day of sites across all current projects
• Conducting weekly/fortnightly meetings to engage your team and grow capability
• Ensuring all jobs under construction are being managed effectively
• Involved with scheduling/Programming of jobs
• Liaising with external Consultants, Suppliers and trades alike
• Work closely with the Director to drive outcomes with a mentality of growing the business
• Promote & maintain safe work protocols at all times – safety inspections as required
• Conduct Client meeting to discuss progress on a weekly basis
• Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers.
• Being the first point of contact for customer escalation issues
• Applying sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Completing quality assurance inspections

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Extensive experience in the supervision of High End Residential construction builds
• Experience in coordinating and managing trades personnel
• Experience with Basement builds is ideal
• Have a continual improvement mindset – always be looking to provide industry leading solutions in the most efficient and effective manner
• Be competent and confident in your approach to delivering High End Custom Residential Builds
• Tertiary quals in building and construction or similar discipline
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytical and investigative skills
• Red Card and current driver’s licence
• Holder of a White card
