Building Futures has an immediate requirement for a Site Supervisor to join initially on a Temp basis, a National T2 Builder on a Shopping Centre Refurbishment in South Brisbane.
Overseeing Demolition, removal and replacement of Floor and Ceiling Tiles and the renovation of the Foyer and Facade.
We can offer ongoing Temp work with the opportunity of going permanent with two market leaders.
Ideal Candidate
- A trade background in carpentry and or a construction management degree
- You will have extensive recent experience in Retail, Rail & Education.
- Experience managing $500k -plus projects within South East Queensland
- Experience leading a team of foreman, trades and labourers on site
- Project Planning Experience
- Fantastic communication skills - both verbal and written
