Due to continued success securing exciting and complex utilities projects across Melbourne, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. This opportunity will provide you with the ability to focus your skills and work across all elements of utilities and civil infrastructure. As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the work, health and safety of all staff under your control, environmental compliance, and client and stakeholder satisfaction while productively carrying out any civil works.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Minimum of five years’ experience working within Civil Contracting.
• Experience working on utility projects, gas experience desired.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team and subcontractors to ensure jobs are safely completed on time.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure/utility works.
• Experience interpreting plans and setting out and running jobs from start to finish.
• A genuine commitment to strong WH&S and quality management culture.
• Capable monitoring of materials/equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and liaise with the project delivery team (Project Engineers & Project Managers) ensuring the project runs to schedule and budget.
