ABOUT THE COMPANY.

An award-winning mid-tier commercial builder operating for over 35 years. This company has successfully delivered numerous unique and award-winning projects valued between $20m and $100m. Due to their recent acquisition of landmark projects, this company is seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will work in a team of 7 and report directly to the Project Manager. You will commence your employment by working on a luxury mixed-use development valued at over $35m. This position will offer the suitable Candidate a structured career plan to allow for progression to Project Management.    

DUTIES.
  • Financial programming and budgeting
  • Manage contracts and variations
  • Procurement and scheduling
  • Tender recommendations
  • Prepare scope of works
  • Cost control and invoicing
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum 2 years' post graduate experience as a Contracts Administrator in Building and Construction
  • Strong with financials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Team focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
