This exciting, up and coming, forward-thinking, and fresh, insurance and restoration builder are kicking goals. Founded by three superstar Directors five years ago they have built a nice business built on doing the right thing the first time, understanding client requirements thoroughly, providing the highest level of service each and every time, and making an enjoyable working environment for staff.

Due to strong growth, they are now seeking a gun Project/ Maintenance Manager to join their team and help take the business forward.

In this role, you will be backed in by the Directors and given trust to bring your experience and ideas to hit the ground running and make the job your own. Key things needing to be achieved include:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations and growth
• Focus on developing and streamlining business processes 
• Help drive a unified and innovative suite of services
• Establish business pricing models
• Develop a contractors network
  

To Be Considered: 

To be considered it is essential that you have recently been in a similar role where you have worked for a fast paced insurance builder or builder where you have excelled and exceeded in what you have done.

In addition, you need to demonstrate:

• An all rounded approach eg can win new clients, can develop systems, can keep in line and up to date with the market
• Strong working knowledge of programming projects
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Ability to handle working in a fast paced environment
• Stable work history
