My client has been a trusted national Project Management Consultancy in the strategy, planning, delivery and management of high-profile and complex projects. They offer services at every stage of a project’s lifecycle and provide their clients with an experienced and integrated team of professionals that adds value from the outset.
 
As such we are seeking interested parties who have experience in client side project management, with a strong focus on Retail delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Client representation
• Project brief preparation
• Project planning and programming
• Consultant team procurement
• Facilitation of authority approvals/development approvals
• Design and documentation management
• Risk management
• Cost control and value management
• Procurement advice management (including tender & award)
• Contract preparation
• Contract administration and superintendence
• Management of contract completion, commissioning and handover
• Defects coordination and close out reporting

Skills & Experience

• Client Side Retail project Management experience essential
• A minimum of 2 -5 experience 
• A relevant tertiary qualification within construction or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of delivering projects through all stages.
• The ability to manage the full life-cycle of a project.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholder
• Recent portfolio of projects across the retail and/or commercial sector
