Client Details
Our client is one of Melbourne's most dynamic and innovative residential builders. They have a reputation for their thinking outside the box and for delivering a quality product for their clients.
They have excellent client relationships and have built a business based on culture and for providing a high level of service and product.
Due to a new project win, they have a newly created Project Manager role to deliver a $6M high end residential apartment project in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Description
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will have responsibility for subcontractor management, client management, design, programme and quality for this award winning builder.
The role would suit someone looking for a career growth path from their employer, as well as the opportunity to work on some of Melbourne's most innovative developments
Profile
With a demonstrated background in working for a commercial builder in Melbourne you will have 4-6 years experience on delivering projects valued up to $10M, as well as having exceptional people management skills, excellent stakeholder management ability and the ability to work autonomously and success.
