ABOUT THE COMPANY.
      
A reputable and successful Civil Contractor based in Sydney's North West is currently looking to engage an experienced Foreman to manage the construction and delivery of several subdivision projects valued between $1m - $10m. The position will report to the Construction Manager; working alongside him in a supportive team-like atmosphere. 
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.
      
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your main responsibility is to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of a number of subdivision projects. Within that, you will be required to organise and manage subcontractors, ordering materials, take accountability for schedule, profitability and OHS.  

DUTIES.

• Managing the construction of subdivision projects
• OH&S and QA management
• Subcontractor and client management
• Ensuring the construction programme is on-time and within budget
• Conduct toolbox meetings

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

• Relevant trade qualification
• A strong experience in subdivision projects 
• Able to drive the project for a timely delivery
• Strong ability to read and interpret site plans/drawings
