This is an opportunity to join Australia's largest Kit Home company in the role of
Estimator. Being a market leader this company is extremely proud of the high quality products they offer.

Due to exceptional growth nationally, they now seek the services of a switched on and drive Estimator to join their team in their residential unit.

As an Estimator you will be an integral member of the team. Under the direction of the Project Manager you will direct, organise and control the various project activities to ensure that all necessary time frames are adhered to.

This includes the initial tender and estimation, and follow the project through to completion.

Your role as the Estimator:

• BOQs, purchase orders, invoicing, excel 
• Compiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projects
• Sourcing and liaising with suppliers
• Working autonomously alongside Drafters and Site Supervisors
• Prepare tenders, assist with pricing requests and generate accurate base costs for projects

To be considered for this position:

• Previous experience in an estimator role. Residential building industry desired but not essential 
• Knowledge of the BCA codes and council requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Fast paced work ability and excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
