Projects range from medium density apartments, land subdivisions, commercial and more recently retail projects. 

THE ROLE:
Working in a team with commercially minded individuals you will be tasked with 3 - 4 projects at any one time. Being at different phases, with different deliverables you will keep busy. Leading the charge from project concept through to completion you will put your construction background to good use. Management of a mix of tier two and three main contractors you will be across time, cost and head to the site checking out quality. 
It is a standard Monday to Friday role, hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm based in inner-city everything you could need is at your doorstep.

YOU:
Commercially minded and you will excel at the financials of a project.
With 4 - 8 years experience in the delivery of commercial construction projects you will have completed the combinations, of mixed-use, apartments and town-houses.
Degree qualified in either property or construction, your attention to detail and stakeholder management will be exceptional.
Your ideal role is fast paced, with a very professional approach and you will enjoy exceeding project outcomes. 
You may have hit the ceiling in your current role OR to work in a commercially minded environment.
