The Role:

• Ensuring that all administration criteria is completed within agreed timeframes 
• Liaise with Sales, Selections and Pre-Site Administration functions 
• Manage workflow and job allocation 
• Manage customer escalations
• Manage and lead a team of 4 Customer Service Officers

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in the residential construction industry in a similar role
• Knowledge of various building legislations/processes
• Outstanding computer abilities
