About the Company
This high profile national civil contractor is undertaking MRWA road construction works in the Perth metro region and they have an immediate requirement for a Contract Administrator at a Perth CBD office, starting IMMEDIATELY!
About The Role
As the Contract Administrator you will work normal office hours (8 hour days) on an initial 6 week contract basis to undertake the close out of the Project Completion Report (PCR) related to a large road construction project. It is preferred that you have previous Contract Administrator experience on similar types of civil projects while working for civil contracting companies in Western Australia. On offer will be a terrific hourly rate CIRCA $60-75/hr based on your level of experience. This role requires an IMMEDIATE start in Perth so only local applicants need apply.
Skills, Experience and Other Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or QS on civil projects for civil contractors
- Some knowledge of relevant MRWA standards for civil road construction from past experience as a Contract Administrator on such projects is preferred but not essential
- Proven experience and success completing the Project Completion Report (PCR) on similar projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Perth based with existing work rights in Australia
- You must be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE to be considered
