About The Role:

Due to business growth, we are introducing a new role to our office team with the opportunity for personal progression and development. We are looking to employ a driven, energetic, motivated and efficient individual for immediate start. The successful candidate will have experience in hydraulic estimating.

Duties and Responsibilities - Estimating:

• Read and interpret commercial construction documents
• Produce accurate take offs and estimates
• Liaising with trades and suppliers- building and maintaining relationships
• Working alongside the senior estimator to complete tender submission

About You:

The successful applicant will have:

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Suitable technical skills with previous estimating experience
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Advanced communication skills- verbal and written
• Microsoft suite experience
• Capability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
• Excellent work ethic and strong commitment to being part of a successful team
• Trade qualification not necessary but favourable
