Your new employer
We are working with large 2nd and 3rd tier commercial builders who are actively seeking Site Manager for an unprecedented surge in construction projects commencing in within the next month or so.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the on-site delivery of the project from the ground up. This will involve the effective coordination and management of sub-contractors on-site, interfacing with relevant consultants, and suppliers when required, overseeing best practice safety procedures, and problem solving build-ability issues. As usual, your role is to work within a team to deliver the project on-time, on-budget, to quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these roles, you will possess:
- Proven experience successfully delivering end to end Construction projects on-site.
- Previous experience site managing projects from $3M to $100M
- Strong leadership and performance management skills with direct site staff as well as sub-contractors.
- Exposure to project types that include mid or high-rise apartments or office towers.
- Construction trade background highly regarded
- Construction related Bachelor's degree would also be advantageous
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to hit deadlines whilst delivering quality.
- Current working rights for Victoria, Australia
- Current driver's license
